when mainhand AND offhand procs at the same time (during the 15 sec interval) then the str-buff will stack and you will get 200 str. if the mh procs again during these 15 secs, the 15 sec timer will reset and you will receive 75-125 healing. say your mh procs you will get 100 str + 75-125 healing you dualwield and have two crusader enchants if it procs again during these 15 secs, the 15 sec timer will reset and you will receive 75-125 healing. when it procs, you get 100 str + 75-125 healing for 15 sec you have one crusader enchant (regardless of mh/oh)

He then pulled out a glacial blade (no crusader) to test the procs from each hand. this ended up with final results of 22procs/500-510 hits. He would go for about 40-50 hits (calcualting weapon speed and increased speed, about 1 min), and then have 3-4 procs in a row. he had the hakkari warblade set (1.7 speed each) both with crusader and used blade fury and SS to get 5CP SnD whenever possible. it seemed as if the theory (actually fact, but some people refuse to admit they're wrong) of it being on a minute timer was correct. we had a feral druid sit and take my friends hits until he recorded hits. we are both rogues and wanted to know what combination of 15agi and crusader worked best (ie: crusader main, agi off/ double crusader etc.). Hope this was helpful, and as I said, I don't know this for sure, but I doubt Blizzard would write a whole new code when they already have it ready. If the first weapon proccs again, it will reset that timer, just as with flurry. The crusader is procced on one weapon, and will give the buff to this weapon, then it might proc on the other weapon, and then give the buff to that weapon, giving you one buff on each weapon, and therby stacking the effect. With crusader, they will if dual wielding. They will, however, not stack on my weapon, as one replace the other. When I am using windfury or rockbiter, these buffs will go on my weapon, not my char (I can equip a different weapon, and the buff is gone, and requip, and it's back). This based on my knowledge of the shaman weapon buffs. In theory the effect would stack if dual wielding.

In otherwords, your 1.7 speed dagger gets a 3.094% chance to proc, and the 3.8 speed 2h mace gets a 6.916% chance to proc. Likewise, if you were using a weapon with a slow swing speed like 3.8 you would have a realized proc rate of 15.2%.Īnd with additional reading provided below, the actual rate has been discovered to be: Say the base chance to proc is 10% based on a 2.5 speed weapon.
